Isha here, ready to spill the beans on how this crazy journey called Isha Arora Designs began! 💫
Picture this: a girl with a laptop, a few wild dreams, and a 9-to-5 job in the corporate world. Yep, that was me, hustling away in the corporate jungle while secretly dreaming of a life filled with creativity and passion.
I started Isha Arora Designs as a side gig, crafting a small collection of statement furniture pieces in my little nook after long office hours. It was my escape, my solace, and my little slice of heaven in the chaos of the everyday grind.
But you know what they say about dreams? They have this sneaky way of growing bigger and bolder with each passing day. And sometimes, the strongest paths emerge from the weakest moments. For me, it all started with the passing of my mother—a heartbreaking loss that shook the very foundation of my existence. I made a conscious decision to take a sabbatical from my corporate job, not just to grieve, but to be there for my family, to hold them close, and support them through the pain.
In those six months, amidst the whirlwind of emotions and introspection, I found myself at a crossroads. It was the most challenging decision of my life: to return to my job in Pune or to take a leap of faith and pursue Isha Arora Designs as a full-time endeavor. Ultimately, I chose the latter—a choice fueled by love, a desire to be closer to my family, and a determination to honor the memory of my mother.
Fast forward to today, and I’m humbled to stand as the face behind Isha Arora Designs, with a gorgeous display studio that feels like a mini wonderland of creativity.
We’re not just stopping here! We’re spreading our wings far and wide. We are shipping our beauties overseas and wowing clients in both residential and commercial spaces with our unique touch of magic.
And guess what’s the cherry on top? I’ve built an incredible team of creative people- together, we’re not just making pretty things; we’re crafting stories, memories, and moments that last a lifetime. 🎨💖
But wait, there’s more to our journey! What began with the purpose of crafting a few statement furniture pieces has blossomed into so much more. Isha Arora Designs has evolved into a realm of residential and commercial turnkey projects and interior styling. Over the past two years, we’ve completed 7 projects, each a testament to our unwavering passion and dedication to our craft.
Oh, and did I mention? We’ve TWO workshops now!
